And, I know the "tractor parts" was a joke, but never do that. Deceptive labelling is a huge issue.

There is an easy solution and most have pointed it out. You know the replacement value of the item, calculate that into the cost of shipping or expect it to be the cost of doing business. Regardless of whether it's lost or damage, I don't want to be without the item if I am going to lose the money from the sale. I insure for replacement value, it's just too cheap considering the consequences of what stops the item from making it to it's destination.
