The bullet has both a G1 and a G7 BC Rating. You can use either one in your ballistic app. The G7 forms have proven to be better with VLD style bullets at distances past 1000 yards.

Im not sure of the intricacies, but G(x) is a b.c. standard, that helps define the shape of your bullet for the mathamatical equation used to determine its trajectory. G1 is the oldest most used and i might be mistaken but developed around a musket ball. G7 is the newest and the most suited for modern bullets, as broz stated.
