First Focal Plane Intermediate Eye Relief, Pistol , or Long Eye Relief Rifle Scopes

I was wondering if there are any First Focal Plane: Intermediate, Pistol, or Long Eye Relief Rifle scopes so that someone could dial in the distance of the target ? To be used as a Scout Style Rifle Scope.
