I think my brother-in-law is motivated enough to apply for DAV licensing and tag discounts to go after Elk in Idaho next year.

Now, the preparation begins. I will provide him the rifle, ammo, and range time between now and then.

He asked me help him find an outfitter for him or a member here who can guide him 1:1.

What kind of hunt can he do? That will determine a lot which guide and/or hunt to go for.

I guess I should've explained better. Is he good at hunting steep rugged country or does he need more rolling hills type terrain?
