Elephant Ivory Grips---Restrictions on Sale

Does anyone know about the Laws and Restrictions on selling IVORY?
I have a 1911A1 Remington Rand from WWII early 1940s that was my Dad's. Have the original Grips, Leather holster, Leather (2) Mag Holder and Web Belt.
Also have a set of Hand Checkered Elephant IVORY Grips.
The 1911 Shoots great-very accurate for a Military 1911A1.
I already looked up a lot of information on the internet and didn't get a clear answer. Don't need members chiming in and sending me info unless they actually know the restriction -if any. I see some States have restrictions.
It is not that I am going to sell at this time. It is a piece of my Father's history, but will be sold at some point before I pass away. Maybe give it to my one nephew.

Maybe this will help.. looks like the burden is on the seller to prove that the Ivory is over 100 years old. Good luck!
