DPMS AP4 Carbine .223/5.56

Has anyone had experience with this rifle? Just put one in layaway at my local gun shop, and i wanna know if i should keep it or not. Also, does anyone know of any articles i can read on the gun?

Just the luck of the draw--some are good some are junk. Have to see if it shoots or not to be honest. Have seen them on both ends of the spectrum.

They're not a bad rig. I've got a buddy who has one. It shoots fairly well, but won't hold a candle to my RRA Coyote Carbine. If you got a good price for it, I'd say go for it. Right now, any AR is better than none at all. You can always swap out barrels, trigger, etc, later if it doesn't shoot as well as you'd like.
