I know this thread is about a month old, but check out the Side-Shot. The side shot is made not only for your smart phone, but GoPros as well.

This video has a good review as well. Even though it's on a pellet rifle, it works the same for a center fire.

I've been looking for a long time for a bluetooth scope remote, to broadcast video from my spotting scope to my phone. That way I can remain in position on target and move my eyes a bit to see the POI, rather than moving my body to the scope. I haven't been able to find anything like that, are you aware of such a product?
I think this is what you are looking for. https://www.shootingmadeeasy.com/spot-shot-cameras/

WOW Got to get me one!
I have a high-magnification scope and this fits on the eyepiece. I set my phone on a small cellphone stand on the bench in front of me, and that way I don't need to change position to look through a scope, I can stay in position and only move my eyes. Be aware, though, at the higher magnification needed for longer distances, you can get a lot of jitter if your scope isn't mounted on a very solid tripod. I also found that adjusting the scope to get it centered on the target was difficult with the standard ball head on the tripod, so I invested (yes, it was an investment) in a 3-way geared pan and tilt tripod head (https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/prod...l/qa?msclkid=bc3215ab3bcc1f2132897514a2183ccc). This one fits a Manfrotto tripod, there may be some less expensive geared heads for other types of tripods. I got a heavy-duty Manfrotto tripod used on Craigslist for about $75, it was too heavy for the photographer, so just right for me. In case you've been adding it all up, it got a little expensive but my goal was to be able to zero in on POI at distance. Maybe I should have put the dough into a better rifle!

I use a Long Shot and an iPad on my spotting scope:

Or a Meopta phone mount for direct video/ slow motion:

I also use a Side Shot scope cam with my phone.

I use the ProMovie app on iPhone to manually focus the camera, and I use Emulsio stabilization after to minimize jitter. This is actually the most important part, getting actual control over the camera and being able to finely adjust and lock focus, shutter, and zoom.
