Decapping 6mm Help!

I just shot my first 6mm today, a Dasher. I went to decap the brass w/ my RCBS Universal Decapping Die and the part that holds the decapping pin in place is a larger diameter than the ID of my fired brass. Any suggestions? I know I could decap and size in one step but I've never done that and I'm set in my ways.

You must have the HD version .27-.45

Or take the stem out of a smaller sizing die if you have one available. Just a thought

Thanks. I didnt realize that "Universal" is not really universal.

Own a bench grinder? Make a true universal decapping pin with some careful grinding.
