Just wanted to share something really coolgun).. My 5 yr old son making a 458 yard shot with my DD MK12. Shot was made on a 15"x15" steel plate and was consistent too. Take a kid shooting God Bless..........

Good on ya', Saw Dog!

I started my grandson off when he was 3.





When he was 5, nearly 6 (January birthday) he took this little six point with an AR-15 (you know no one hunts with those! ).



Now his 3 year old sister is wanting her turn!



If we don't teach the youngsters how to shoot, hunt, fish and enjoy the outdoors it will be gone in a generation.

I have been very pleased with Daniel Defense very fine craftsmanship and quality. Also an AR platform seems to be idea for youngsters to hunt with, very lil recoil and adjustable stock. Going to let my 5 yr old whitetail hunt this year with it, I have been impressed with the Remington Hog Hammer .223 ammo which is a 62 grain Barnes bullet. It performed well in a milk jug test stopped in the 4th jug and had 100% weight retention. Should do well on a whitetail..........
