Custom precision barrel makers

I'm looking for some feedback on which barrel manufacturer(s) I should be looking toward for a custom barrel. What I'm looking for is a single point cut rifled, 7mm Sendero profile, 7 twist barrel blank finished to 24", preferably carbon fiber but might go stainless and shorter (22") if I have to. My gunsmith would chamber, thread, etc.

I'm looking to put this on a Defiance Anti-x XM length action, chamber it in 7 Max, and run heavy for caliber monolithic bullets in it (thinking the 177 Hammer Hunter). The goal is sub 1/2 MOA.

Who should I be looking at?

Bartlein gets my vote! They make an excellent barrel (either steel or carbon wrapped). Proof as well.

ETA: I apparently didn't see the twist requirement. That may limit your options a bit.

For a 7 twist carbon fiber? I'd say X-Caliber or Preferred Barrels...or maybe even Carbon 6
