Colorado Unit 75 & 751

My friend and I are buying over the counter cow tags for the two units between Pagosa Springs and Durango. We are going to be back packing in and packing our meat out. We are hunting the second rifle season. I was just wandering if any one had any experience in this area and could offer some tips?

Any good access points, etc?

Does anyone know of a cold storage place around Durango or Pagosa Springs?

Try Vallecito east side of the reservoir and juuuust west of Piedra River off 160. Should be cooler plant in Durango, not sure about Pagosa but maybe. Seems like I recal some game processors east of Bayfield and west of Yellowjacket Pass on 160. Good luck.
