I have 3 lbs of RL26 to try out as Rich has had some really good loads come from it with good velocity and low ES. But I have 12 lbs of H1000 which is what I use in my 338 Lapua. So if I can get good loads out of H1000, even better!

By the way...UPS updated my arrival to Monday!

Monday? Was hoping you would get to shoot it this weekend and report how it does.

Guess I am just getting anxious about my own build that is almost done.

Need to live vicariously through someone that is shooting 6.5ss lol!

Mine isn't the SS...it's just the Sherman. The long version.

Sorry I still get them confused. Either way I would not think they would be to far apart ballistically

I believe Rich designed the SS to duplicate the Sherman performance in a short action. So yeah, they're very close.
