Does S&B make their own brass? How do you know who made the brass? I have some ammo marked "S&B Lapua 338 Mag", who made the brass, Lapua or S&B ?

Sellior & Bellot aka S&B make their own brass, or at least RWS and S&B are made at the same plant in Europe.
I bought some factory S&B for my 300 some years back, the brass is tough, unfortunately, I moved house and one of the removalists must have reloaded cuz about 500 cases went missing in various calibres, luckily he didn't find the rest of my brass!

Thanks. I have refrained from buying empty brass because I have 250 rounds of S&B and planned on reloading it. Good to know it is good brass. The S&B factory loads are only $1 more than some good brass would be so I might as well get the loaded stuff and I get to shoot for only $1 a round.
