Blackhawk pivot/traverse bipod question

I just bought the 9-13" traverse/pivot bipod for my rifle and had a question for anyon that has one. Once I lock the nut down all the way, it has a tinnny bit of play left and right still even when tightened as hard as it can go. Is that normal?

Pretty well normal for all of the bipods I've ever used.

I don't find it to be a problem.
