What cartridge and bullet? I am sure someone will have some info unless it is some really obscure cartridge and bullet.

Technically, yes. The dimensions of the bullet will determine, if everything is right during the chambering.
You might could get it close but if your looking to start making bullets I would wait unless you seat them way long and set them at the right depth later. It really depends on the guy doing the chambering. Thats my uneducated opinion lol.
