I have no confirmation but:
It weighs the same as Remington
Cuts/trims/debuts the same as Remington
The font is the same as Remington
The extractor groove seems the same.
But I could be completely wrong.

Interesting. I have some barnes brass and it seems like pretty good stuff.. never would have guessed it could possibly be remington.

I'm vaguely remember some one mentioned rem now owns Barnes.
Freedom Group (Cerberus Capital Mgmt) owns Remington Arms and Barnes Bullets.

As stated earlier, Freedom group owns Barnes and Remington. During this past years Shot Show the Barnes booth was located inside of the Remington display area.
