Back Hunting after a few years off and looking.....

Been away from hunting for a few years and putting in for tags here in Colorado. I'm looking for a sub $650 rifle in .308. I'm looking hard at the Tikka T3X compact. I had a Savage 111 with the acutrigger in 30-06, but wasn't really happy with the performance. I like the trigger on the Tikka much better.
Any input on this gun as well as others in my price range would be appreciated.

Also, I did search the forums and found very little on the gun.

If you like the Tikka, you'll love it with a Yo Dave trigger spring. Great combination.
