Anyone Shooting 30 Nosler anymore?

Pressure was 87 n570 i was shooting in 80 degrees

That's where I hit on my last one with n570

I was shooting the 180 AB with 82.0 H1000 and a Fed 215M in Nosler cases and seeing brass flow into the ejector hole. Barrel is 26" and velocity was just over 3,000 according to the LabRadar.

Accuracy is very good but I'm not getting anywhere near the ballistic performance that you guys are getting.

The 30-28 definitely has some advantages over the straight 30 Noz. barrel length and powder being equal besides brass life, 3100 is easily achieveable even with Nosler brass and not all 30 nozs will get there especially with a saami reamer.
568 is a very promising powder in the 30-28 and its a full case in the 28 not sure you can get enough in the 30 case to get to 3100 or maybe even 3050

I'm running n568 with the 220 berger and with 87.5 grains I got 3100 from a 30 inch barrel but I have to use a drop tube and dump slow. From 86 grains up drops tube is necessary

Not that I'm aware of.

I'm not sure what a clicker is but I've never had an issue with mine.

I'm using redding dies and full length bumping the shoulder .002".

I'm using redding type s bushing die as well. What are your guys measurements at the .200 line on 3 to 4 fired brass? Then resized?


My 2 to 3 fired brass resized is .547 .5475 then 5 on up is .5485 to .549 fired resized at .548

Load is 82 n568 with berger 220 30inch barrel at 290 to 3020.
