All my elevations changed.

I changed from M7 cleaner to Boretech. Now all my holdovers changed from 300 yards out to 500. Literally running above 6" higher now out to 500.
500 to 600, my holdovers stayed the same.

I don't get it, but my DOPE is documented pretty well. From my range notebook, to my excel spread sheet. Nothing else changed except my cleaning method.
Tikka .308 with TTSX ammo.
I have no other explanation... but a cleaner bore.

That's is a bit more than usual.
But maybe you just never had a clean barrel before.
Should only take 3 to 5 shots maybe 10 to get it back to normal.
Mine usually only take 5 max.
But all barrels are different.

I would bet this is more likely the case.

I would look at velocity first.

It would have to be a big change in BC to move 6" at 500

what scope is on your rifle?
How many rounds are you shooting at each distance to establish new 'dope'?
Have you rechecked your zero? Has that changed also? How much?
If you are approx 1 moa high out to 500 yards, then your dope is back to normal from 500-600 yards, sounds like a possible scope tracking issue.

Small bore match shooters never clean their barrel till the gun stops shooting well.
Then they refoul the barrel untill it shoots well.
