Action screw torque

Whats the recommended torque for the action 2 screws on a hunting rifle like an X-Bolt?

Most synthetic stock bedded actions are 65 inch lbs.

I recently bought a torque driver. This is the only torque wrench I've ever owned that had light enough settings for scope and action screws. After playing with it some, I have decided that, for lubed 1/4-28 action screws, 35-40 inch pounds is plenty.
