Both on savage actions one barrel is a 26 inch carbon six the other is a 24 inch McGowen technically both barrels are mcgowen anyway 180eldm bullets 67.6 grains rl26 on the 26 inch and 67.2 rl26 with the 24inch 3000 fps 26inch 2977 fps 24 inch both barrels will shoot 1/2 inch

Were you using SAAMI overall length or did you seat them longer? How was the case fill?

Currently, I have a 7mm PRC being built, so I'm glad hear people are having good results.

Hornady brass 3.35 oal little longer than the book it's not compressed but full
