Been thinking about loading eldx in 6.5 prc. Was wondering if anyone on here has any experience with this combo. How did it perform on game? Thanks!

Shot pronghorn with it. Killed him DRT but didn't exit and never found any trace of bullet. Shot was 125yds quarter to me, went in behind shoulder should of exited about midbody. Can only assume it fragmented. Liver was complete mess. It you think a bullet should dump all energy in animal it did. If you want a exit and the bullet hold together at close range it will not.

If it hits bone it can be very explosive and destructive. I killed an adult Alaska cow moose with the 143/PRC combo. It did the job but I'm working with some bonded options for the next one.

I had complete pass threw at 418yds on a large whitetail Buck
Wife did also at 327yds
Complete grenade at 247yds on a 7x7 this year dead but ran 60yds Entrance looked liked an exit wound but found the jacket against the hide opposite side, core completely missing
