My son dropped his in 1 shot at 390 yds with 143 ELDX, well placed, double lung. To the OP, because you said Creedmoor, there will be the very tired, very worn-out responses from all of the folk who love to hate it. Perhaps if you posted ... the projectile with a velocity, you'd get more usable info.

At 3K', you have ~2047 FPS and 1200 FT-LBS. It's too light for my liking but it obviously worked for you. Congrats on an excellent harvest; he's a dandy.
