I don't have much input on a 6.5 addiction but a 6.5 creed will get you over 3000 with reloder 26 and a 140 gr bullet 26" barrel. As stated before a good velocity is in the 2950 range. My 24" savage runs the 143 eldx at 2985 with tiny groups. Best of luck to you

A 6.5 Creed at over 3000 feet/sec with 140 grain bullets?? I'm trying to wrap my head around this.

RL26 w/ long barrels and heavy bullets, yes. You have to realize the the 6.5 addiction is just a sweed with 30° shoulder and basically zero freebore. The creedmoor case does have 5gr less capacity but with the bullet seated out its a lot less comparable difference. Another thing, lapua creed srp brass holds pressure like nobody's business. Rl26 works extremely well in 22,6mm,6.5mm creed, 243/260. its pretty wild for a powder to work so well in a 52gr case and it's also a top performer in 30 nosler, **** near double the capacity.

Here is the print.
