The G22 is too small for 10 mm (grip depth, ejection port, etc), and probably too weakly constructed. The 10mm Glocks are built on a chunkier frame and slide than the 40/9/357 Sig models. You can convert to 9mm with a barrel and magazines, or a 357 Sig with just a barrel, but 10mm Auto and 45 ACP are off the table.
