338 edge

I want to know if a Sako 75 chambered in 7mm STW can be turned into a 338 EDGE? I like the gun but has anyone done it? Is it as simple as a Remington conversion, harder, not possible at all, extra costly?

pretty sure it would work but most likley would be a single shot
