I have a Christiansen fft 22in barrel
Using 8 inch suppressor
I've been reloading with 200 eldx
H4350 64.2 grains chrono- 2810
Gm 215m primers
Lapua brass
Since I can't find a single magnum primer, could I run large rifle primers with this setup? I'm still new to reloading

Try Winchester as they might be close to as hot has magnums? Standard large rifle will fit also.

It should be just fine to swap, though it's possible you might need to tweak your load up/down a bit.

I've interchanged LR and LRM in 300WM, 264WM, 7 Rem Mag, 30-06, and 270 Win, and I've been hard pressed to see a statistical difference in groups/velocity. I think there might be more difference between brands than there is between LR and LRM in the same brand.

Seen some CCI 250s on the ammoseek sight. I'll try them out

YES!
You may find H1000 your best powder choice in that barrel length, I had 2 24" 300WM rifles, the faster powders didn't help any.
