I have a recipe dialed in with 300 RUM Nosler brass. I know Norma makes Nosler brass. Question, is it the same brass with different head stamps?

Yes. All of the Nosler 300 RUM brass I have is identical to the 300 RUM Norma brass I have. The loads transfer from Nosler to Norma without adjustment.
