300 rum barrel life?

If I had to guess I would say 600-1000 rounds. Many things affect accurate barrel life. How many consecutive rounds fired, powder type, weather you run them hot or mild, barrel steel, number of lands. I'm sure some guys could get 1500 running light loads and treating the barrel right. I've bore scoped some 300 Weatherbys that needed new barrels and the owners were guessing 500-600 rounds??
