crazy, never had an issue with them even at out 400' elevation here.

Yeah, it doesn't make sense to me. I follow all your loads and is kind of the reason I told him to make it with twist. I told him to check his actual twist rate and then I will meet with him tomorrow and bore scope that thing to see what the heck is going on.

And those HCA barrels generally shoot lights out. Last one I chambered was one of the best shooting barrels I've seen in a while for CFB.

I've got a 22" 30 Nosler gas gun, 3035fps with a 180 Accubond, 85gr of Retumbo.
125gr Accubond @ 3510fps 92gr of Retumbo.

Obviously not the kind of bullets you plan to shoot though............

Are the majority of you guys with custom 30 Nosler reamers, bumping the .200" line on the reamer up .002"?
(AW spec) The same as the 300 PRC -AW reamer?

Mainly for clickers?

I did have a reamer spec like that ran it threw my barrels then decided to switch to 300 norma improved that had a good track record of no issues. I honestly never shot those barrels to see if it fixed the clickers. I should be putting one on my dad's rifle here soon

It's a 20" proof sendero 8" twist. I used my .250 reamer. Mainly by built for 215's but I will try the 245's in it. Gonna be my buld for my lighter more compact elk rifle. I have a 28" RUM that I love but sometimes it doesn't seem you can get enough ear protection. So I went short and I will suppress it.

Has anyone on this thread moved on from their 30 nosler and have a reamer they would sell? Or possibly rent me? I'm looking to do what @Longtine88 has done and run 245s.

Heard back from Bugholes earlier this week, and they said I should receive my barreled action in the next week or so. Super stoked to finally get the final piece of the puzzle.

I didn't know they were selling barreled actions?

It started out as a prefit. I asked them if I sent them the action, if they could screw the barrel on for me too.I figured since they were ordering in the barrel and doing the chambering, they might assemble it too.

So they also chamber? I have been buying my barrels from them a couple I have had spiral ground
I then send the barrels over to Altus to be chambered. I guess I need to talk to them to see what all the do. Thanks for the info
