is this a long range round? What is it? 338 winchester necked down to 30 caliber? Found a lefty for sale, need info.

Yes, it is a 338 necked down to 30 cal. Similar to 300 WinMag. Good 1000yd cartridge. Depending on barrel lengnth, sould push 190 SMK's around 2800-3000fps.
