That is a darn hot load! Some bolt rifles will not take that much pressure without very difficult extraction. My 700 likes that load with 180g Ballistic tips, but I think that 56.0g is the normal load.

57.0 IMR 4350 with both 165 Sierra GK and 180 Nosler Parttion. Both have killed elk, mule deer, whitetail, mulies, and antelope.
I remember the 165s crank along at 2,933 fps out of my 1950 Win Mdl 70 with 24" barrel. Can't remember what the 180 does. Will have to dig my notes out.
Both loads have shot under 1 " out of every gun I've tried including Winchester (2), Remington (4 including a 760, but a bit hot for it), Savage (3), and a sporterized Enfield.

I've used 58.0grs of IMR4350 for 165-168gr bullets.58grs is a little on the hot side with 180gr bullets,but in colder weather,maybe it's OK.I like Reloader26,Reloader22 and Hunter with 180gr bullets.

For about 50 years, one of my 30-06 loads has been 56.5gr of IMR 4350 with a 165gr Sierra GK-BTSP or HP at 2,800fps. Back then, I pushed it to 60gr and hit 3,000fps in that rifle with the 165GK, but groups were not as good as I wanted. So, I went back to the best groupings at 200yds with 56.5gr.

That load has taken untold game and a few varmints.

55.7 Grns IMR 4350 with a 165 SST in Winchester cases, with Win LR Primers, in my short 20 inch BBL 30-06 Lab Radar give me an average of around 2600 fps and 56 0 Grns of IMR 4350 also with the 165 Grn, SST in my friend's 24 inch BBL rifle. Mild loads for sure, but accurate! Next year I will test their loads in steps , up to 57.0 grns.
