I have a Winchester M70 used to be a 25WSSM have 2 kept one had other made into a 250 Savage cannot get to shoot any recommendations on a good gunsmith thinking of a different caliber

First off, you aren't using the original WSSM bolt, I hope...
2nd, are you using newer Winchester brass to load?
3rd, do you know if it shot well as a 25 WSSM?
I had a Rem 700 Sendero in .22-250. Sent it to Hart and it came back with a 23" Rem Varmint contour .250 Savage barrel. It was a tack driver with preferred loads. Average with others it didn't like. Killed some critters with it around the farm, including deer. VERY little meat damage with 87 grain Hornady SPs. I throttled them down to 2710 ft/s. Loved that rifle except for the weight. Found out I couldn't tolerate varmint rifles in tree stands. The round is still one of my all-time favorites. Been thinking about building a more modern designed one just because. I know (or knew) where a trove of Hornady brass is (or was). It's not Alpha Munitions, but it's MUCH better than the new Winchester garbage.

Yes it is the orginal bolt I just think the gunsmith that I used did a PIS- poor job want to send it to someone that can get it right

Yeah, I'll have to agree with you on the PIS poor job!
Switching from 25WSSM to 250 Savage should have included a bolt change.
I have rifles in both cartridges, and they both shoot very well.

First off, find a bolt with the .473 face and install it.
But in doing so, you need to check the headspace to make sure it's right.
After that is done and the headspace is correct, make sure the barrel is free floated.
Something else you can check is the action screw torque.
I've seen aftermarket stocks suggesting 50+ inlb of torque.
Never had a rifle that didn't shoot well with 30inlb or less.
There was an article from one of the professional Savage teams on action screw tuning.
It has worked well with numerous different rifle manufacturers for me.

Sorry for not getting back, I've been away for a bit. Another issue will be feeding. The magazine feed lips have to be much wider on the WSSM. But yeah, the bolt and headspace is the biggest issues.
