Do you have Accuracy loads to 243win with H414? I think i start with Sierra 70gr Mk. Twist rate 10". ????? lightbulb

I used to use H-414 in my .243 with 58 gr. bullets. They shot great. My load would not be of any help for you, But, I will tell you I was shooting a max load.

I didn't like H414 in my Vanguard. Not as accurate as Varget or IMR 4350.

Had better luck in my Vanguard with IMR 4350. The Model 99 shot 'ok' with H414 but did better with Varget.

I use H414 ,but I use 100,90,85 grain bullets in 243imp and 250savimp. They shoot very well with heavy bullets, Win 760 is very close to H414 in results ,also.

Had good luck with 87 vmax over 43 ish grains of the 414 with a pretty good jump

In the late 80's I used 414 in my beloved .243.

I just want to warn you 414 is really temp sensitive. I had no kabooms but some scary signs of pressure.

I would work up a different powder if you are able to.

Finally tested 9 differential loads with Sierra 70gr Mk. All loads under MOA 5shot 100meter. Best group was 44.5gr 0.5MOA. Rifle is basic Tikka T3.
