22 for daughters

I have twin girls that are to young to shoot still for several more years but I would like to get them 22 rifles that they can grow up with, that will also be "collectors" if you will. What do you guys recommend?

Any CZ 457, but the aforementioned Scout sounds like a good choice. Even the LOP on my Varmint was pretty short, and the quality is closer to heirloom than say your typical Ruger or the like.

I took a different approach for my girls. I got them 2 HK mp5 clones , they love them. Not your typical 10/22 style .22 but they have a blast with them. Put some cheap red dots on and they go to town on steel

I have got all the Grandkids Cricket's in a different color. Not a collector to make money they are collectors because it is their first rifles. Had to buy new rear sight and drill them out larger so they could see the front post. When the twins got a little older picked them up consecutive serial number 10-22's, and AR556's. That was a great day at the gun store!!!

Not a "collector" by others, but I got my son a Savage Rascal. I like it better than a cricket. Caught it on sale for $110 a few years ago. He does good hitting targets with the factory peep sights. Might add a red dot on it this year just because.

Stevens Favorite; light weight, single shot even if they are quite young, and accurate~!

Browning BL-22 or any Henry. Definitely will be worth hanging onto and "collecting". Shooting CCI Quiet 22's through a lever gun is way too much fun.

ruger rpr in rimfire the stocks are adjustable.
Check for dominant eye before buying bolt action.
My daughter right handed left eye dominant.

I bought my son a S&W M&P 15-22, and it's worked well. He started with it around 7 years old, and the collapsible butt stock makes it really easy for the LOP to "grow" with him. As a side bonus, I find it fun to shoot, too.
