Anyone messed with these yet? I been thinking of streamlining my .308 cal. reloading. And thought at 300 Weatherby velocities it is pretty impressive ran thru my Ballistic calculator. And if I can get them to 2600 fps in my 30-06 they would be better than my 2800 fps 178 Amax load.

For hunting purposes you may want to look at our 215 Hybrid for use in your 300 WBY. Go to the ELK hunting string on this forum and find BROZ's string on his findings with this bullet in a hunting situation with a 300 WM. We do not normally recommend using a target bullet for hunting due to the thicker jacket. But this bullet has been used with great success by some on this site.

Thank you for your reply. I did run the 215 and 200 thru the calculator. And I did settle on the 215. The 200 hybrid is impressive but the 215 does everything better. I just hope I can get the 215 fast enough in 30-06. I'm going to give it a try, ill have results in a few weeks on the 30-06.
