No not trolling didn't mean to offend you or anyone I load alot of caliber rifle. But by far not a expert. And lots of people have helped me on here .I m really trying to get close even though I know it will not mot match 270 weatherby which I have. But if I could get close which I have seen done. Its a very light and handy rifle my health is failing running on very limited time that I might could use that rifle and still have close to the performance that I like. While I can but if I offended u I apologize

I wasn't referring to you sir, my rebuttal was to the peckerhead guy that finds it his duty to troll me lately.

With that velocity being representative of H1000, then it tells me there are multiple powders that will get another 50fps. Others, 75 or maybe more, just depends on what you want.
The action length handicap is hard to overcome, though. Deep seated bullets take up valuable space that remove the top end of performance, normally.
Part of the reason me and SAAMI had a nasty break-up.

Fast-driven Accubonds have a real history of death, expansion AND penetration. Makes me wonder why I've looked beyond them!

Update i was wrong got to looking at mag length i didn't measure but it can length out the bullet very lil don't think it will help. And also got to looking at my velocity from my chronograph its not 3150 it's 3071 fps with 140 and like 3180 with 130 and that was with magpro. And ramshot grand came in 2nd
 
Every barrel, chamber, brass (and bolt strength) is a bit different, but I had good results with 129 gr barnes LRX over StaBALL6.5 with Rem brass and Rem Mag primer. Good accuracy and 3,340 FPS.

Model 70 Black Shadow w/24" bbl. I have harvested deer with this rifle, but not with this load (yet).
 
I think your brass might be soft.

We have a lot of Winchester brass.

Never any pressure signs at book max loads, any bullet, any powder. We have 2 rifles and still using brass after 5 firings.
