Still a bunch of Starbucks sipping Hippie's,
Pair that with the " All new gain twist carbonated barrel" and whatever new pill Hornady is gonna put on the market next and it still won't add up to be a magnum anything no matter how you do the math 😳

Probably got thousands of rifles in inventory, and thinking up new ways to move them.
Does federal sell guns? They just wanna sell ammo I'd guess, and I'm willing to bet the peak alloy is cheaper for them to make than brass. Sell the ammo for the same price and give it a good marketing ploy and you'll get a good bit of ammo sales at a higher margin. The cost of the extra powder per 20 rounds of 6.5 creed is marginal, but cutting the cost of the casing by half or further is a way to boost profits without selling any more ammo, and very little marketing needed. It's just controversial enough to get all the forums to be talking about it and the news spreads like wildfire. People hating on it only give it more attention to help it reach more potential customers. As the old adage goes, "there's no such thing as bad press"

I like lots of gas and powder and erosion. With pretty good pressure.

The test subjects, not so much…
A little erosion is good for the soul. End result of lot of hard work……by the flash bsng powders.
Not me for sure!!!

I never really got on the CM bashing wagon. I am more results driven.
But the d..n man buns hair style gotta go. Creedmore or not. They are pretty ghay!!!

Why so " Angry 😡 " Bean 🤪

He's determined not angry. ;)

The issue I have is when I was thinking I needed a .223 for a sage rat shoot. There wasn't one on the shelf, row after row of Creed's. Not even a .30-06 during that time. Kind of felt forced.

Plenty of 6.5's more appealing in a hunting rifle, Sierra list loads for either the 6.5-284, and 6.5-06 tha outrun the PRC or Creed. No lightning in a bottle needed.

I guess we could refer to those as "buzz cut special" as mostly old guys prefer these.

I sceptical that the ammo will deliver as advertised when mass produced.

I just hope the 130gr terminal ascent bullets become more available. I'm not fully bought into the steel case thing yet. Maybe. The peak case reloading is a bit nebulous.

Also, 130's at 2930fps work well for me now.

As for the man bun thing, I get it. It is hard to see technology replace your favorites.
