The 7mm PRC is directly in the crosshairs of Federal's 7MM Backcountry, and the 6.5 PRC might have just been gut shot by the Plus Peak 6.5 Creedmoor.
Federal reportedly promises a new product every year, but what if that's just smoke hiding other new products in their pipeline?
Plus Peak 300 Win Mag and 308 Plus Peak could easily both be market shaking products. Existing Federal steel alloy cases will create demand for more chamberings.
Evolution seems occurring at warp speed right in front of our eyes,

And increasing market share will negatively affect other manufacturers, right?

Hornady has plentiful numbers of loyal customers. If gasoline N fuel drop from $5 bucks a gallon back to $3 bucks, rednecks will have enuff free cash again, for a few new toys in the toybox. 6.5mm turbos gonna then, keep Federal backlogD for weeks, months, years.

But but but but ……
250-300 more fps makes the videos more dramatic, multiples the subscribers.

Can you imagine how many 6.5 CM 1000 yd elk harvest will be on YouTube?

They'll have to build a separate data center.
Mathematics on those 1,000 yard winds, gonna still make for a utube rare event
