Just received this rifle, but my gun needs have changed since ordering this build and I don't need it now. So, here's your chance for a full custom rifle with NO wait time.
It is brand new and unfired by me (I cleaned the bore and looks like the builder may have test fired it once or twice). Built by Longshot Rifles.
Here's the specs......................
- Chambered in 7mm WSM
- Surgeon stainless steel RSR right bolt, right port action with pinned recoil lug
- Broughton Stainless steel "5C" 26" barrel, 1-9 twist, 5.5 contour (.750" muzzle diameter).
- McMillan HTG stock in Desert Camo, 13.5" LOP. Declerator pad, 1 stud on fore end, front & rear flush cups on left side and on bottom, with 2 flush cup sling swivels.
- Fully pillar bedded and free floated.
- Grey Cerrakoted finish on action, barrel, & muzzle brake.
- LSR Benchrest muzzle brake.
- Rifle Basix L-1 trigger/safety, 2.25 lbs pull.
- BDL bottom metal/trigger guard.
- Wyatts mag box.
Weight 8.7 lbs.
Bipod in pics is NOT included.

$3350 including shipping to your FFL dealer in the Cont US only.

Accepting Cashiers Check or Money Order. If you want to use PayPal, I'll do that, but add 3%.

Unable to edit my post, but wanted to add that it includes a Surgeon 20MOA scope rail, which is not shown in the pics.

Rifle looks great! I notice the action is drilled for studded mounts. Did the rifle include these?

I just wanted to throw this out there to you in case you happen to not get any hits, but with the recent negative vibes and Chris Matthews at Long Shot Rifles, you may or may not have any luck selling this rifle and that is simply nothing against you but the builder.

He is definitely NOT a good businessman, but he DO know how to build a rifle.

Did Chris quit doing good work or just have bad business practices? I've yet to hear anything negative about his work whether it be day 1 or the last day he was in business.

Did you send him the parts to build it or did he provide the parts?
