Think so. Your getting too much pressure coming down and bulging shoulder. Back the die out a turn or two and then lower your seater.

My dad always set a nickel on top the shell holder and made the base of the die contact that when pressed. Then adjust the seater on top the die according to your desired COAL

It worked!!! Thank you all so much for the info!!! Thank you dustbag for taking the time figure that out!!! I just loaded 2 at 2.955" and they both chambered. I've never had that issue before, this definitely a never ending learning process!

Dam near all prc's have issues , they were built to use factory ammo , so the company makes more money, rent a reamer and that fixes it, someone has one they should get in contact with you.
Is there the chance that adding those two grains has made a compressed load making your COAL longer than it was?
What you are experiencing is not a PRC specific issue and could happen with any round. Sounds like you got it sorted out last night.
That seat die also crimps. You were crimping the bullet before fully seated the way it was adjusted. Then, as the die finished seating it collapsed the shoulder out causing the clearance issue. Thought it might help to more fully understand what's going on. @dustbag fix is a good one that backed the crimp die up enough to not be crimping.
I don't crimp my bolt rifle ammo and don't like the crimp built into that die set at all. When a crimp is desired I would do it after the bullet is fully seated in a different step entirely using a different die.

215 primers are wrong first of all. Only needed above 60-62gr. Second you don't bump up 2gr!!! Only 0.5gr max during workup loads.
Can you tell me how this works. Do you order the reamer and then have a gunsmith use it or does the local gunsmith order the reamer? Sorry I have never had to have any of this type of work done but I have two 6.5 PRC's and if I run into an issue I want to know how to go about getting it fixed.Videos | wheeleraccuracy

That does help, i dont want to crimp at all and didnt realize i was doing it until i pulled a bullet. I appreciate you all taking the time to work me ( a reloading newb) through the problem. A good buddy is going to stop by after work and run me through the proper setup for the dies.

i bumped up .2 grains, not 2, i was typing from my phone last night. I've also read numerous (5 or so) threads on here and longrangeonly about guys using 215's with RL 26 for 6.5.
Try measure the OD of the neck with and without bullet.
Try taking the reloaded bullet out of the case and see if the case will feed. Mike a loaded bullet case and see if it is over the saami spec for diameter of loaded round. Slug the Chamber at the neck with a lead slug to see if there is interference.
