He's been making them for a while now. Gave us 6.8 SPC shooters another option 2-3, maybe 4 years ago.
He's active over on 68forums and has a lot of bullet testing pic on his products over there as well.

Not necessarily a "speed limit"...just above 3,000fps the petals are more likely to come off...so basically above 3,000fps they turn into a Hammer...
That's some spiel they got for their cavity back bullets, might have to try the 168 gr 30's in a 300 WSM
