Gas Block Problem?

If you're using factory ammo there is something restricting the gas flow. I would give Wilson a call to see what they recommend.
If short stroking, yes. Another thing is what condition is the fired case in? That needs to be addressed.

Wilson barrel is dimpled to align gas block, but that can be checked out to be certain.
I messaged Wilson to ask for specs on gas port diameter.
Standard carbine length spring from AP measures 11" long and has 25 coils.
Gas tube is standard rifle length.
It might be helpful to know that this same brand adjustable gas block worked fine on a similar gun with a Faxon 18" .308 barrel.

308 is easy, but 260rem, 6.5CM and 243win is higher pressure and takes more tuning. What works on a 308 from pistol length to rifle length gas system is super easy tune. Sometimes I have had a not so good gb. The adjustable doesn't adjust it stays in 1 position even though you turn the adjusting mechanism.

Ok, that's the lightest I'd go. So, when you have no bleed off on the gas block and and giving full power it doesn't hold back? I have a Superlative Arms bleed off style gas block and used to FAL gas settings.

I would also make sure it's clean and wet. Sometimes a new rifle, especially if it isn't lubed up, will catch enough friction to cause it to fail to fully cycle. When I throw together a new AR, I run it dripping with oil (metaphorically) for the fist few mags.

There is no standard on AR-10 parts and there are at least two different rifle length gas tube lengths. You may have a standard length gas tube that just barely makes it's way into the gas tube receiver on top of the bolt carrier and need the longer one it's about 1/4" longer if memory serves me. I would call the barrel manufacturer and ask what length gas tube is required for their barrel.
