Hammer Hunter Load Data, (See page 1, Post 8)

7mm REM mag 26 inch barrel, 8 twist with a long throat.
RL 23
66-3173
66.5-3208
67-3221
67.5-3259
68-3267
68.5-3275
69- 3312
69.5-3314
70-3319 ejector mark/pressure signs

Went with three rounds of 69.5 to confirm and shot a .4 moa group at 300 yards
Very nice. Going to be trying the 143's beings I have a factory barrel.

Just got back from range:
Remington 700 ADL 22" barrel 30-06 with 180HH with RL16 and W760. Both ladders ended without pressure but RL16 bulk density will lead to significant powder compression if I go further based on the COAL I have for this rifle. The RL16 ladder topped out at 2760 with no pressure but I really don't want to push this load further. However W760 topped out 2824 without pressure so I will add to ladder. So hoping it will top out closer to 2900 which is crazy with 22" barrel. Made data sheets for LRH.
Edit added:FM210 primers
Edit added: the load gaps were decision to skip that load due to low pressure and experience with Hammers. Plus save on Hammers!
The load is what I feel is safe in MY RIFLE. Use standard safe reloading practices to work up load in your rifle.

Dang forgot I shot .270 Thors Hammer!🤣
I tried Alliant 4000MR with 156HH to see if I could get close to RL26 performance but did not run ladder deep enough but still do not think it will get close enough.

My father's carry gun gets 3,200
JakeSCH keep us posted on the hammers!

Did my ladder test. Custom 338 RUM, lone peak ti action and carbon 6 26" barrel with 1-9" twist. Below are just the start and finish loads of my ladder test. I ran out of time to go beyond this points, but pressure was not found yet.

Virgin ADG Brass, Fed 215's,

213 HH & IMR 4955 at 0.200 off lands
85 - 3020
90 - 3195

260 HH & RL26 at 0.090 off lands
83 - 2830
88 - 2957

I should crack 3000 fps as I keep going on my ladder, just ran out of time today. I would be very please shooting the 260 at 3k fps even if I could push it more I have no need. On the other side, I want to drive the 213 HH like a drag racer. My goal is to hit 3300 fps with the round.

@GLTaylor

Got to that 4K I was in search of! Here's the data:

Back at the range today.

213 HH & IMR4955 - No pressure found
93 gr - 3301 FPS

260 HH & RL26 - 4 shots within 3/4 MOA
89 gr - 3028 fps
90 gr - 3047 fps
91 gr - 3096 fps - barely visible ejector - no bolt
92 gr - 3113 fps - Pressure!!! Bright ejector - stiff bolt

I'll will load up a few at 90 gr and shoot. But it should be on the money.

Who is loading Hammer Hunters in 338, what seating stem are you using?
I'm loading 33 nosler with a Redding die and 260gr. Hammer hunters, leaves just a slight witness mark on bullet, ( that's mainly because Steve gets these things so dang shiney) little steel wool and it's like it never happened

Thank You.
It was hard to find but I did locate an A Tip seating stem, order is placed guess I will find out when it gets here. I wobble tested the 2 sample packs of Hammers I have here with my current seating stem and they are pretty wobbelly
