Any 35 Cal fans out there?

Own three JM stamped Marlin 336c's in 35 Remington. Bought all Used but LNIB. Most beautiful rifles I own.
Are my sons private and public land deer rifles and my public land deer rifle.
I shoot only reloads out of them.
Hornady Brass
IMR-3031
Fed/Win LRG RFL primers
Speer 180grn Spitzer soft point.
My reloads are launching a 180grn Speer Spitzer soft point at 2350fps/mv.

Outstanding accuracy for a lever action rifle.

Just picked this up the other day. Remington 141 in 35 Rem. Real nice example. I have a marlin 357 mag, this, and my 350 rem mag. So I guess im a .223, .308 and a .358 guy.

Mention once but still gotta add in the the .357 Remington Maximum. Chambered in 24" MGM Encore 1:14 twist barrel, the performance can be exceptional. Hornady 200 FTX at 2100 fps, Speer 180 HCFN at 2200 fps does a great job on whitetails out to 200 yards. Very comparable to .35 Rem in ballistics. Hoping Steve Davis comes thru with .357 option for this cartridge! I would bet big jump in performance!

Whoo-eee! Recoil on him is invigorating!! Had one I traded into for an acquaintance that was desperate for one; he'll never shoot it. Stock geometry gets your attention with full loads!
Yes, but it's a great eastern backwoods rifle for Blackbear and Moose. My father hammered a Bull Moose with it with at 35 yards with a Barnes tipped Triple Shock X 200 Grain bullet. Piled up after about 5 seconds. It's a shoulder beater for sure and not fun sighting in. But it's a game stopper for sure also and in the heat of the moment you don't even feel it. 35 caliber Pellet it spits out is impressive for sure. Picture below next to a bolt just for size comparison.

I used the same Barnes in my 35 WSM on a Texas mule deer last fall. Good stuff.

Talk about a shoulder beater. I'm thinking the Hammer bullets would be good to run and try in that WSM!
I've got some to try; the 200 Barnes is accurate at 3K fps with single digit extreme spreads
I wanted the CEB Maximus to work but couldn't get happy groups

I've recently switched to Hammers on some of my rifles and are very impressed with them. Easiest bullet I've ever loaded for. Waiting for my 300 WSM to get finished up and will loading them for it also.
