Its that game of hurry up and wait now. The kids are with my older brother (their grandpa) in Richmond. January 4th is when the first of a long drawn out court battle will begin.

The killers charges got moved from 2nd degree to 1st degree today. There was no GSR on her arms or hands. Her arms were under the blanket, and they found the bullet behind her pillow. He shot her in her sleep.
