Zeiss conquest adjustments. MOA or not?

I was wondering if anyone knows 100% whether a Zeiss conquest 4.5-14x50 with the target turrets have moa adjustments or are .25 inch. I have searched the Zeiss website and other sites and everything I find is contradicting. The box says moa: 1/4 the website says .25 inch.

Even thought its not exactly correct...they are using the terms interchangeable.

1/4 MOA being 1/4 inch

The turrets are labeled 1/4" per 100 yds (IPHY).
