Zeiss conquest 10x42 thoughts?

I'm considering upgrading my vortex vipers to the zeiss conquest 10x42. For those who have handled both does the difference in quality justify the $500 difference in price?
Is there something else at the conquest price point that you strongly recommend?

I had my Conquest for the last few years, I can't remember how long it was but it is when they moved the Conquest line back to Germany. I love those glasses. In my opinion they absolutely justify the $500 difference.

The one thing I will recommend, is look through as many pairs as you can since everyone's eyes are different. What works great for me may not work for someone else.
