Looks like a M24 contour, but not a Remington varmint/sendero contour (big difference). Awesome looking rifle, will make a good one for someone!
 
Weight: about 13 lbs total. Have not tried 195's. But based upon the 1-8:75 twist, I have been told it will do even better with heavier bullets. The grouping stays consistent out to 475 so far. I have not gone past that yet. So at 475, I was shooting about 3 inch or less groups. Of course it all depends on the shooters capability.
