Interesting!

I tried on what I have readily available;

.30-06: TC Venture weatherguard and Remington 1903

and

.300 Win Mag Savage111F and SAKOM995

and cannot duplicate the problem in the video.

ADDED:

At first I thought the guy just have a beef with the Remington but that is not the case on this review ...

I have 4 700s and a Savage and never had that issue. I wonder if the spring/carrier are installed corectly.

Ive have 30-40 Remington 700s and have never had a single issue like this. seems like this guy just wants to rant about something. Funny how it shows him only doing it with snap caps, I've worked on a lot of guns that would fail to feed snap caps and do fine with live rounds or true dummy rounds.
I work at a gunshop on weekends to just hang out and help people with guns and have never seen this problem.
